Where you submit such information as part of your profile or listing, we process it on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give by choosing to create and publish that Content. You may withdraw this consent at any time by editing or removing your Content or by deleting your account. We do not use this data for any purpose other than operating your listing on the Website.
To verify that Advertisers are at least 18 years old and are who they claim to be, we ask for a selfie image during onboarding.
We retain the verification selfie only for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards where necessary for fraud prevention, safety, or legal compliance, after which it is deleted.

We use personal data to operate your account and listings, process payments, verify age and identity, moderate Content, secure the Website and prevent fraud, respond to your requests, and comply with our legal obligations.
Card payments. If you pay by credit card, your payment is handled by our third-party payment partner. Your card details are entered with and processed directly by that partner under their own privacy policy; we do not receive or store your full card details and only receive confirmation of the transaction.
Crypto payments. If you pay using Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency, your payment is currently processed by CoinPayments Inc. and its licensed partners, including UAB Star Ventures (Lithuania) and PaidInSatoshi Inc. (Panama). These providers may process data such as your wallet address, IP address, and transaction details. We do not access your private wallet keys.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality (such as keeping you logged in) and, where you consent, for analytics to understand and improve how the Website is used. Non-essential cookies are placed only after you give consent through our cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not use third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixels. Our servers are located in the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland. Transfers to Switzerland are covered by the European Commission's adequacy decision for Switzerland.
Some payment processing involves transfers outside the European Economic Area, including to Panama (Section 8). Where we transfer personal data to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
