There's a version of this where you get exactly what you expected... this isn't that.

I approach life with a playful intensity. It lives in my body, which is why movement has always been important to me. I lift heavy and train year-round because it keeps me sane, and because I refuse to half-ass the vessel I live in. While the strength and longevity stuff is real, so is looking incredible naked.

In the warmer months you'll catch me chasing elevation, disappearing into the backcountry, and satisfying my thirst for adrenaline on anything that goes fast or drops suddenly. I love being outdoors and seeing what my body is truly capable of.

At home, I'm probably balls deep in the latest documentary or up past my bedtime getting lost in a memoir... I've gotten through an embarrassing number of both. I'm utterly obsessed with my senior cat (she runs the place) and maintain a 75-gallon tropical aquarium that takes up more of my time than I'd like to admit.

Art and interior design light me up, and I've spent countless hours curating my own space. It's a never-ending project that has made me want to scream at times, but whenever a new corner comes together, I fall in love all over again. Surrounding myself with beauty brings me joy and stimulates my senses. Fair warning, it's hard to leave.

Being a companion is simply who I am, and making you feel good is my favourite part. You can expect warmth, wit, and a ridiculously fun time. Whether we go on an adventure or never make it out of the bedroom, what we get up to is entirely up to us.

I've been told I'm quite good at this, and I absolutely fucking agree.
